This page has the last 4-5 years of
Performance Appraisals. The scans
aren't the greatest, I was given 3rd
generation copies to work with.
Brent Allen was my suporvisor from
the first day we started using this
review process. I should make a
note that the scores will drop
between years as managent was
getting used to the review process,
and there was presure to keep
scores more in the 3s then the 4+ as
time went on.
No one is without fault, and I am
human. I try very hard (to a fault at
times) to do the best job I can, and I
think my reviews express that. I
think Brent was very kind to write
some of the things he wrote, and I
am proude of the work I contributed
to Reece & Nichols over my 12 year
journey.
